1. Nature of HS Foundation
HS Foundation (Harihar Shiv Foundation) is a non-profit organisation. We do not sell physical products or operate an e-commerce store. Our work focuses on donations, volunteer programs, internships, and community initiatives. Therefore, we do not have a traditional "shipping" of goods in the commercial sense.
2. Delivery of Documents & Materials
Where we send physical items—such as donation receipts, certificates, identity cards, or printed materials—we use postal or courier services. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the service used. Typically, within India we aim to dispatch within 5–7 working days after verification, and delivery may take 7–15 working days depending on the destination.
3. Digital Delivery
Donation receipts, e-certificates, and similar documents are often sent by email or made available for download on our website. In such cases, "delivery" is considered complete once the link or attachment is sent or the download is made available to you.
4. Address Accuracy
For any physical delivery, you are responsible for providing a correct and complete address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details shared by you.
